Kent Loft Fire Barrier Installations
A loft fire barrier is a fireproof wall or membrane that is added between 2 terraced houses when the main partition wall does not span all the way up to the roof. The fire barrier serves 2 purposes:
- To protect you from a fire in your neighbours house.
- To protect your neighbours from a fire in your house.
Our fire barrier installations are made with Rockwool Fire Barrier products and are rated to 1 hour of fire protection. A fire barrier is now part of building regulations. If you don’t have a brick wall seperating yours and your neighbours loft it might be time you considered investing in one.
